Sushi
You really cant ignore sushi when you go to tokyo. The fish market makes sure it brings fresh seafood from Japan and other parts of the world. it is one of the biggest market in the world.
Sushi no Midori (Ginza/Akasaka area):
It is a very popular susi restuarant that has many brands in tokyo , all with great location and in the center. they serve a qulity sushi at a reasonble price. You need to book or wait in line.
A tip
Avoid weekends and peak times (e.g. 12 pm and 7 pm etc).

Mantenzushi (Tokyo station and Nihonbashi):
They serve a lot of sushi peices and small dishes with the price of only 6,800 JPY for their sushi course. It used to be famous inly among locals but now for sure you will see a lot of foriegners.
A tip
Go there with a small party (2-3 people) to sit down at the sushi counter for a great experience. bookings suggested. They have two locations (Tokyo station and Nihonbashi). It is easier to make bookings at the Nihonbashi location.
